This course teaches the essentials of closing strategies for new home sales professionals! Through the application of a systematic approach to minimizing objections, proven situational techniques and practical exercises, students will learn strategies and dialogue necessary for success in closing and handling objections.

John Palumbo is the CEO of The Sterling Group, an idea studio for sales and marketing management. Since 1985, he has presented hundreds of speeches and seminars nationwide on the science of sales and sales management. He is the founding professor of Sterling Learning Seminars which hosts Selling on Stage, an advanced program on the science of sales and influence. He is also a prominent member and instructor for the Institute of Residential Marketing.
He currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida and travels year round lecturing and applying his experiences and knowledge to sales teams domestically as well as internationally.
